Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to maintain delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through complex tasks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong coding skills in Python with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting application issues to ensure smooth operation.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and version control systems.
- Ability to design and implement software components that meet client requirements.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
