About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Export) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating international business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the expansion of our export operations in the Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, and Skincare sectors.
Fresh graduates with relevant educational backgrounds and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and virtual meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Perform market research to identify potential customers, trends, and opportunities.
- Maintain lead tracking, follow-up records, and sales activity reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and order execution.
- Support export-related business development initiatives and market expansion strategies.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, online networking, and lead generation activities.
- Basic understanding of international business and export processes.
- Confidence in client interactions and negotiations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience or knowledge of the Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, Skincare, or HPC industry will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of international trade practices and export documentation is preferred.

Eligibility
- Freshers with relevant qualifications may apply.
- Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in Export Sales, Business Development, Pharmaceutical Sales, Skincare Products, or LinkedIn Lead Generation are preferred.
