Job Summary
We are looking for a Team Lead – Inside Sales to drive revenue growth for Bonvoice’s cloud telephony solutions. The role involves managing a team, driving lead generation, improving conversions, and ensuring consistent sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve targets
- Drive lead generation through calls, emails, and digital outreach
- Monitor team performance, conversions, and sales metrics
- Support team members in closing deals and handling key accounts
- Ensure effective pipeline management and CRM updates
- Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing for campaign execution and lead flow
- Train and mentor team members to improve performance
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience in team handling and inside sales operations
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Target-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in Inside Sales/Telesales
- Prior team handling experience is mandatory
- Experience in Telecom, SaaS, or Cloud Telephony is preferred
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
