Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer responsible for developing interior concepts, preparing drawings and 3D designs, coordinating with vendors and site teams, and ensuring projects are executed according to approved designs and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts based on project requirements.
- Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Create 3D models and realistic renders for presentations.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, colours, and accessories.
- Prepare BOQ, material specifications, and quantity estimates.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and verify measurements and existing conditions.
- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings and design standards.
- Review shop drawings and resolve design-related issues at site.
- Coordinate with vendors for material selection, quotations, and execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and approvals.
- Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with client requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
