Job Summary
Manvian Group is looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to support business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting the company's products and services. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, achieving targets, and contributing to business development.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present company products and services to potential customers.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Meet assigned sales and business development targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
- Keep customer information updated in the CRM system or other business tools.
Required Qualifications
- Any Degree, Diploma, or MBA.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, customer support, or marketing is an advantage.
- Candidates returning to work after a career break are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates should have access to a personal laptop for work-related tasks.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.

Compensation
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on qualifications, skills, and performance.
- Performance-based incentives may be offered as per company policy.

- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
