Customer Support Executive – QHT Clinic (JURS Country)

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and patient queries professionally
- Provide accurate information about clinic services, treatments, and appointments
- Assist patients with appointment booking and follow-ups
- Maintain patient records and update data in the system
- Ensure a positive and smooth patient experience
- Coordinate with internal teams for patient support and issue resolution
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
- Presentable personality and professional attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools is a plus)
- Ability to handle patients with empathy and patience
- Willingness to learn and grow
Preferred Skills:
- Customer handling or telecalling experience (not mandatory)
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹10,461.05 - ₹17,000.00 per month
