Better Life Happier People (BLHP) is a social impact organization working towards consumer awareness, real estate transparency, legal awareness, policy advocacy, and public welfare initiatives. BLHP collaborates with professionals, government bodies, media, and communities to create transparent and accountable systems for citizens. Role Overview BLHP is looking for a passionate and visionary Co-Founder who can help scale the organization, build strategic partnerships, manage operations, and drive long-term growth initiatives. The role requires leadership, execution capability, networking skills, and a strong understanding of social impact, legal awareness, real estate, governance, or public policy ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute BLHP’s long-term vision and growth strategy Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and expansion models Develop institutional collaborations with government departments, NGOs, corporates, and professionals Lead fundraising, sponsorship, and CSR partnership initiatives Manage day-to-day operations and project execution Represent BLHP at conferences, media interactions, podcasts, and public events Strengthen BLHP’s digital presence through strategic campaigns and partnerships Help develop technology-driven solutions and platforms for BLHP initiatives Required Skills & Qualifications Strong leadership and entrepreneurial mindset Excellent communication and networking abilities Experience in startups, NGOs, legal, real estate, policy, compliance, media, or business development preferred Problem-solving and execution-oriented approach Passion for social impact and public welfare Compensation Equity / Partnership Based (Negotiable) Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities
