The office Administrator will provide administrative support, greet the direct visitors and respond to calls and emails. Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor
Qualification:
Associate degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Ability to Multi-task and prioritize projects
- Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate officers
- Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone call, responding to emails and preparing documents.
- Coordinate project details
- Perfect accounting tasks, and travel arrangements for senior members of the company
- Provide administrative support

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
