Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, including apartment associations, builders, hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, industries, and commercial establishments.
- Introduce the company's OWC solutions and explain their benefits.
- Generate qualified leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and pending customer decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead status in CRM or Excel.
- Update customer databases and prepare daily call reports.
- Handle customer queries and direct technical questions to the concerned team.
- Support marketing campaigns through telecalling and lead nurturing activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: PUC/12th Pass, Diploma, Graduate, or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, telesales, or lead generation.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local language(s).
- Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to persuade and engage potential customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
