Job Summary:
An Admin Cum Receptionist handles front desk work and supports daily office administration. The person manages visitors, calls, documents, and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and transfer to concerned department
Maintain inward & outward register
Keep project files, drawings, and documents properly
Maintain office stationery and supplies
Copying, Scanning and filing documents. And checked and updated spreadsheet for accuracy
Maintain Joining formalities & Documentation of the new employee & explain the companies’ rules for new employees.
Maintain daily attendance records of employee in spreadsheet.
Understanding clients’ requirements, follow up and facilitating client service with help of technical team.
Coordinate with site engineers for delivery challan and other office related work
Skills Required:
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS office )
· Good communication skills
· Polite and professional behavior
Qualification:
HSC / Graduate
1–5 years experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
