Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong client management skills, the ability to build long-term relationships, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and market research
* Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
* Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product/service solutions
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
* Handle client queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development
* Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Target-driven with a proactive approach
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
