Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of Solar Module Mounting Structures, Hat Purlins, C & Z Purlins, GI Strut Channels, and customized steel solutions for solar and industrial projects. The company serves EPC contractors, solar developers, distributors, and industrial customers across India.
Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to develop business opportunities, generate inquiries, convert orders, and expand our customer base within the assigned territory. The candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in industrial, steel, solar, fabrication, or construction-related sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and develop new customers within the assigned territory.
- Generate inquiries from Solar EPC companies, Solar Developers, Contractors, Fabricators, and Industrial Customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits and presentations.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Sales & Order Generation
- Generate RFQs (Request for Quotations).
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations and technical discussions.
- Negotiate prices and commercial terms.
- Convert inquiries into orders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Market Development
- Map potential customers and competitors within the territory.
- Collect market intelligence regarding pricing, projects, and competitors.
- Identify upcoming solar and industrial projects.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers.
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal departments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Reporting
- Submit Daily Visit Reports (DVR).
- Update lead and opportunity status in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate customer and project records.
Payment Collection Support
- Follow up with customers for payment collections.
- Coordinate with accounts and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.

EligibilityEducation
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Industrial Sales, Steel Sales, Solar Industry, Construction Materials, Fabrication Products, or related sectors.
- Experience in handling B2B customers is preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer relationship management.
- Market development and lead generation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Extensive travel within the assigned state will be required.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
