Job Title: Assistant Manager - CRM

JOB PURPOSE : A Customer Relationship Management managing company CRM Software which company uses to manage and analyse customer interactions and data to maximize the efficiency of CRM team with proper implementation of co-ordination and process withing the service team.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Qualification - Graduation in B. Tech in Mechanical/Electrical or Science Stream Experience Experience in Back-End operations CRM will be given preference. Candidates from 4-5 years of CRM exposure as Assistant Manager.

Location - Patna, Bihar
Nature - Office-based + Patna local Visits
SALARY & PERKS
Salary Up to ₹26,000 per month (6 Month Probation Period only) Perks Provident Fund ESIC Life Insurance Gratuity Probation & Compensation Policy Salary will be up to ₹26,000 per month during the 6-month probation period only Upon successful completion of probation and based on satisfactory performance, salary will be revised to up to ₹30,000 per month.
WORK SCHEDULE
Working Days - Monday to Saturday (4th Saturday Off)
Office Timings 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collecting and analysing customer data.
Using CRM system to manage relationship.
Developing new ways to meet customer’s need handling Customer complaints
Develop new scheme to attract new customer
Customers feedback on review sites.
Collaborating with sales service and customer service to improve the customer experience.
Manage the tasks and schedule for all planning, mailing analysis and forecasting
Stock keeping of our inventory
Strong leadership and management skills to motivate and guide a team.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Have to visit (vendors/clients/markets) for purchases, follow-ups, or any other official purpose as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
