We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven International Freight Broker to manage and grow freight operations across global markets, especially the US. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing carriers, negotiating rates, managing shipments, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage international freight shipments
- Negotiate freight rates with carriers and shippers to maximize profit margins
- Develop and maintain relationships with carriers, clients, and logistics partners
- Track shipments and ensure on-time pickup and delivery
- Handle load booking, dispatching, and documentation
- Resolve shipment issues, delays, and customer concerns efficiently
- Work with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) to source carriers
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, rates, and customer interactions
- Generate new business through cold calling and lead generation
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹63,458.57 per month
