- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of Banbury Mixers, Extruders, Calendaring Machines, Building Machines, Curing Presses, Conveyors and other production equipment.Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out timely repairs to minimise machine downtime and ensure uninterrupted production.Install, align, repair, and replace bearings, gearboxes, pumps, motors, couplings, chains, sprockets, pulleys, rollers, and other mechanical compnents. Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and utility systems, including air compressors, cooling systems, and water pumps.Support machine installation, assembly, dismantling, alignment, and commissioning activities as required. Execute maintenance activities as per the Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS) and maintain accurate maintenance records. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, LOTO requirements, PPE usage, and company safety standards during all maintenance activities.Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions to reduce recurring breakdowns.Maintain maintenance logs, inspection checklists, and spare parts consumption records. Actively participate in Kaizen, continuous improvement, cost-saving, and equipment reliability enhancement initiatives.
