We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to manage daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent guest service and maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain service quality
- Ensure excellent guest experience and handle guest feedback/complaints
- Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for efficient operations
- Monitor food & beverage service standards, hygiene and SOP compliance
- Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower allocation
- Control inventory, reduce wastage and support cost management
- Conduct briefings and ensure team performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant/outlet operations
- Previous experience as Restaurant Manager / Outlet Manager / Assistant Outlet Manager preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of F&B operations and guest handling.
- Hospitality background preferred
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
