Job Summary
The Order Taker is responsible for greeting customers, accurately taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience. This role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in a café or restaurant environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet customers politely and take orders accurately
- Enter orders into the system and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Answer customer questions about menu items and promotions
- Ensure timely and correct delivery of orders
- Follow hygiene, safety, and company standards
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a café or restaurant
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
