Job Responsibilities
- Call potential customers from leads received through portals like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Website enquiries, and marketing campaigns.
- Explain company products such as Fiber Laser Marking Machines and Laser Cutting Machines.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, application, material, and budget.
- Schedule product demos, meetings, and site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain daily call reports and update lead status in CRM or Excel.
- Follow up with hot, warm, and cold leads regularly.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling.
- Maintain strong communication and relationship with prospective clients.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Ability to handle B2B industrial customers.
- Basic understanding of industrial machinery preferred.
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma (Preferred: Marketing, Commerce, Engineering)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
