We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager – Interior Design & Architecture to lead the academic and product development initiatives for the Interior Design & Architecture vertical at DreamZone. The role involves curriculum design, industry collaboration, faculty development, quality assurance, technology adoption, and supporting franchise centers to ensure world-class learning experiences aligned with industry requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic & Curriculum Development
- Design, review, and continuously update curriculum based on industry trends.
- Develop course structures, learning outcomes, practical sessions, assignments, and assessments.
- Introduce emerging technologies and workflows into existing programs.
- Ensure curriculum aligns with industry standards and employability requirements.
Product Development
- Create teaching materials, lab manuals, project briefs, case studies, and assessment tables.
- Build industry-oriented capstone projects.
- Recommend software upgrades and technology adoption.
Faculty Development
- Recruit, evaluate, and mentor trainers across centers.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs.
- Monitor faculty performance and maintain academic quality.
- Develop training calendars and certification programs for trainers.
Academic Operations
- Support franchise centers in academic delivery.
- Resolve curriculum, software, and academic queries.
- Conduct academic audits and quality reviews.
- Ensure standardized delivery across all centers.
Industry Collaboration
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, design studios, and software companies.
- Identify internship and placement opportunities.
- Organize guest lectures, workshops, webinars, competitions, and industry visits.
Innovation & Technology
- Introduce AI tools into design education.
- Evaluate new software and emerging technologies.
- Promote BIM, AR/VR, real-time rendering, and sustainable design practices.
Student Success
- Improve student learning outcomes.
- Support portfolio development and placement readiness.
- Monitor student feedback and implement improvements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- B.Arch / M.Arch / B.Des (Interior Design) / M.Des (Interior Design) or equivalent.
Experience
- 2–10 years of industry and/or academic experience.
- Experience in curriculum development, academic leadership, or product management is preferred.
- Experience in mentoring faculty or managing academic teams is an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
