Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Referring Doctor Relations
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians and clinics.
- Visit referring doctors regularly.
- Inform doctors about new imaging services, equipment, and reporting capabilities.
- Address concerns regarding reports, turnaround times, and patient experience.
- Coordinate CME programs, educational meetings, and professional events.
2. Patient Relations
- Assist patients with appointments and inquiries.
- Handle complaints and feedback professionally.
- Ensure a positive patient experience from registration to report delivery.
- Provide information about procedures, preparation, and report availability.
3. Marketing and Business Development
- Promote the facility's services to healthcare providers and the community.
- Identify opportunities to increase referrals.
- Organize health camps, awareness programs, and outreach activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
4. Communication and Branding
- Maintain the facility's public image and reputation.
- Manage brochures, promotional materials, and social media presence.
- Communicate updates regarding new technologies, such as Doppler services.
- Coordinate publicity campaigns and community engagement.
Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
