We are looking for energetic and responsible Operations Executives to manage on-ground operations across assigned city areas. The role involves field visits, partner coordination, leaflet distribution, market surveys, onboarding support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned locations and manage field operations.
- Distribute promotional pamphlets and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with local partners and businesses.
- Conduct market research and collect feedback from customers.
- Identify new opportunities for expansion in assigned areas.
- Maintain daily reports of field activities and progress.
- Support onboarding and verification processes when required.
- Ensure smooth execution of operational tasks across the city.
- Build relationships with local communities and businesses.
- Work closely with management to achieve city growth targets.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
