We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, showcasing properties, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales experience, and knowledge of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and online platforms.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property values.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and customer support teams for smooth deal closure.
- Follow up with potential buyers to convert inquiries into sales.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or direct sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Must possess a positive attitude and professional appearance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
