At Bakingo, the DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie) and CDP (Chef de Partie) for NPD (New Product Development) are mid-level production and R&D roles. These chefs assist the Head Pastry Chef by formulating new recipes, developing SOPs for scalable production, and ensuring quality control across cakes, chocolates, and desserts.
Core Responsibilities:
- Recipe Development: Assist in conceptualizing, testing, and standardizing new cakes, pastries, and chocolates.
- Production & SOPs: Create batch sheets and step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent, scalable mass production.
- Quality & Inventory: Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI/HACCP) while managing specialized R&D ingredients and equipment.
- Team Leadership: Train junior bakers and assistants to execute new product lines accurately.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
