Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the development team to enhance productivity and code quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software solutions to optimize performance and maintainability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of back-end development including server-side programming and database management.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
- Experience working within agile development environments and using version control systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex software applications.
