Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple HR functions while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Typical HR Generalist responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, compliance, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer roll-out.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HRMIS data.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, and other employee-related documentation.
- Support performance appraisal and training processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage full & final settlement processes.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR software.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Executive role.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
