Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Senior Telecalling Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, follow-ups, lead generation, and maintaining good communication with clients.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Follow up with customers and leads
Maintain daily call records and reports
Explain company services to customers
Coordinate with team members for smooth operations
Achieve daily and monthly targets
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Experience in telecalling/customer handling preferred
