Job Title: Helper- Production
Qualification: SSLC/+2
Job Summary:
The Production Helper supports the daily operations in manufacturing and processing of spices by assisting machine operators, maintaining cleanliness, handling raw materials, assisting in cleaning, sorting, drying, packaging of spices and ensuring smooth workflow on the production floor. The role requires adherence to food safety standards, hygiene practices, and company procedures to ensure quality output.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in cleaning, sorting, and preparing raw spices by removing dust and impurities.
· Support production processes such as drying, grinding, blending, and feeding materials into machines.
· Help in packing, sealing, and labelling finished spice products as per company standards.
· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area, equipment, and tools following food safety norms.
· Perform material handling including loading, unloading, and moving raw materials and finished goods.
· Follow safety procedures and immediately report any issues to supervisors.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
