VMC Setter (Machine Shop)
Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in VMC machine setting and production support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up VMC machines as per production requirements.
- Install and align fixtures, tools, and workpieces.
- Perform machine offset and tool offset settings.
- Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure quality compliance.
- Optimize machine setup time and improve productivity.
- Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues.
- Coordinate with operators for smooth production flow.
- Follow safety and quality standards in the machine shop.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
