About the Role
We are building a next-generation branded hospitality platform by partnering with independent hotels and transforming them into professionally managed branded properties.
We are looking for a high-performing acquisition professional who has a proven track record of signing hotel partners, negotiating commercial agreements, and expanding hotel supply across multiple cities.
The ideal candidate should be commercially strong, highly entrepreneurial, and capable of independently driving hotel acquisitions from market identification to contract closure.
Key ResponsibilitiesHotel Acquisition
- Identify, evaluate, and acquire hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and boutique properties across assigned territories.
- Build a strong acquisition pipeline through field sales, networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Conduct market mapping to identify high-potential hotel clusters and expansion opportunities.
- Drive end-to-end hotel onboarding from lead generation to contract signing and operational handover.
Commercial Negotiation
- Negotiate commercial terms including franchise, management contracts, lease agreements, or revenue-sharing models.
- Assess hotel performance using key commercial metrics such as ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, and profitability.
- Structure mutually beneficial partnerships that ensure long-term business growth.
Business Development
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, promoters, developers, and hospitality investors.
- Represent the company during owner meetings, commercial discussions, and partnership negotiations.
- Continuously expand the company's hotel supply network across strategic markets.
Cross Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Operations, Revenue Management, Finance, Legal, Projects, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth property onboarding.
- Support brand conversion and launch activities for newly acquired properties.
Performance
- Deliver monthly and quarterly hotel acquisition targets.
- Drive room inventory growth while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain acquisition pipeline, forecasting reports, and business MIS.
What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in Hotel Acquisition, Supply Expansion, Franchise Development, or Hospitality Business Development.
- Proven track record of signing hotel properties and expanding supply across multiple cities.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and commercial negotiations.
- Experience in franchise, management contract, lease, or revenue-share agreements.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a field-based role.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
