We are looking for an Agentic AI Engineer who can design, build, and deliver intelligent AI agents that automate real business workflows across enterprise systems. This is not a research role — you will be building production-grade agents that read data, make decisions, take actions, and interact with systems like ITSM platforms, ERPs, identity providers, and CRMs.
You'll work directly on client engagements, owning the technical delivery from architecture through deployment. If you've moved beyond chatbots and RAG demos into agents that actually do things — classify, route, resolve, update, notify — we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do :
- Design and build Agentic AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen to orchestrate multi-step, decision-driven automation
- Develop AI agents powered by Large Language Models (GPT-4o, Claude, or similar) that classify, reason, and take autonomous actions across enterprise systems
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to ground agent decisions in enterprise data using vector search and knowledge bases
- Implement bidirectional API integrations with enterprise platforms — ITSM (ServiceNow, Jira), ERP (JDE, SAP, Dynamics), Identity (Entra ID, Okta), CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics 365)
- Engineer, test, and iteratively refine classification and reasoning prompts to meet accuracy targets
- Design human-in-the-loop approval gates, confidence scoring, and fallback handling for safe automation
- Build monitoring dashboards to track agent performance — accuracy, resolution rates, fallout rates, and audit logs
- Implement security best practices — secrets management, least-privilege access, audit logging, input validation, and prompt injection mitigation
- Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, demo progress, and deliver solutions- Write clean technical documentation and support knowledge transfer to client teams
