Job Summary:
Globriddge International Private Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development. The candidate should possess strong communication, client handling, negotiation, and revenue generation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Handle end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for business growth.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Leadership and team handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.

Qualification:

- Proven experience of 10+ years in Sales / Business Development.
