Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean and presentable.
- Maintain the visitor register and issue visitor passes.
- Receive and distribute couriers, parcels, and official correspondence.
- Schedule meeting rooms and coordinate appointments.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain visitor records.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Procure and maintain office stationery and pantry supplies.
- Maintain office assets and inventory records.
- Support HR in onboarding activities, document collection, ID card issuance, and employee records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for administrative requirements.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and resolve basic administrative issues.
- Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by the management.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or Admin Executive.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
