We are looking for a skilled and motivated Draughtsman with relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of drafting standards, the ability to prepare accurate drawings, and a keen eye for detail.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Draughtsman
- Proficiency in drafting software (AutoCAD / relevant tools), KSMART(Desirable).
- Ability to prepare accurate drawings as per design requirements
- Basic knowledge of structural/architectural drawings
- Good attention to detail and coordination skills
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural and civil drawings as per project requirements.
- Handle documentation and submissions through the K-SMART for building permit applications and approvals.
- Coordinate with engineers and design team
- Assist in preparation of technical documentation
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable standard
