We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised MIS Executive / Data Entry Operator to support our FMCG distribution operations. The candidate will be responsible for billing, inventory data entry, e-Invoicing, e-Way Bill generation, stock management, and claim documentation while ensuring timely and accurate processing of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Generate customer invoices and billing accurately.
Upload purchase invoices and inward stock entries into the ERP/software.
Process e-Invoices and generate e-Way Bills as per GST regulations.
Maintain stock records and inventory movements.
Verify inward and outward stock against physical inventory.
Handle distributor and company claims by preparing required documents, quotations, invoices, and supporting records.
Maintain MIS reports for daily sales, stock, billing, and dispatch.
Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and accounts teams for smooth order processing.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of invoices and GST-related records.
Perform data validation to minimise billing and inventory errors.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel .
Computer proficiency and fast, accurate data entry skills.
Basic understanding of GST, e-Invoicing, and e-Way Bill procedures.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
Preferred Qualifications
Any Graduate / Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in FMCG distribution or warehouse operations is preferred.
Familiarity with ERP or billing software will be an added advantage.
Additional Qualitifications:
Candidates with prior experience in FMCG distribution is an advantage .
Knowledge of inventory management and distributor operations is an advantage.
Honest, responsible, and willing to learn.
Able to coordinate effectively with warehouse and accounts teams.
