Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, develop marketing strategies, increase audience engagement, and drive brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media marketing strategies.
- Create and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build online communities.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to create impactful campaigns.
- Optimize content and campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Alteast 1 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are an advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience running Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights.

Salary: As per industry standards and experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.50 - ₹25,000.22 per month
