Lamppost Digital, Trichy is looking for a mature and experienced Part-Time HR Advisor to support our growing team with workplace communication, employee relations, people stability, and culture-building.
This role is suitable for an experienced HR professional, including retired or semi-retired HR professionals, who can bring maturity, neutrality, and people-handling experience to a growing digital workplace.
Role Purpose
The HR Advisor will act as a supportive bridge between the team and the management. The role is focused on understanding employee concerns, improving workplace communication, supporting team stability, and helping the organisation build a healthy and professional work culture.
Time Commitment
This is a part-time, office-visit-based role.
Expected commitment:
4 visits per month
2 hours per visit
Total: Around 8 hours per month
Visit schedule:
- 2 visits on weekdays
- 2 visits on Saturdays
- Saturday visits may be planned on the 1st, 3rd, or 5th Saturday based on mutual convenience
This role requires in-person presence at our Trichy office.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular employee interaction sessions
- Understand team concerns, challenges, and workplace issues
- Support healthy communication between employees and management
- Help identify early signs of dissatisfaction, confusion, or instability within the team
- Guide employees on professional workplace behaviour and communication
- Support onboarding conversations and help new team members understand workplace expectations
- Assist management in strengthening people processes and team culture
- Provide neutral and practical HR guidance where required
- Share simple monthly observations or feedback with the management
- Help maintain a stable, respectful, and professionally managed workplace environment
What We Are Looking For
- HR generalist experience preferred
- Strong experience in employee relations, people management, grievance handling, or workplace communication
- Mature, calm, and balanced approach
- Ability to listen patiently and guide practically
- Good understanding of workplace discipline, culture, and employee behaviour
- Comfortable working with a small and growing team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional neutrality
- Prior experience in HR management, administration, employee engagement, or people operations will be useful
