Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to manage our reception area and provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and internal teams. The candidate will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the property office and must ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and customers professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and redirect calls to the concerned team members.
- Maintain visitor records and coordinate property visits.
- Manage front desk operations and ensure the reception area is well maintained.
- Attend customer queries regarding projects, site visits, and basic property information.
- Coordinate with sales, CRM, and management teams for customer requirements.
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars.
- Assist in customer walk-in management and lead registration.
- Maintain daily visitor and enquiry reports.
- Support sales team with documentation and basic administrative activities.
- Handle emails, courier, and office communication.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive experience for every visitor.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate / Diploma preferred.
