Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system monitoring processes and tools to enhance issue detection and resolution.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through problem-solving techniques.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues effectively.
- Experience with system performance monitoring and incident management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Good communication skills to document issues and solutions clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with automation tools to streamline monitoring and reporting tasks.
