Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT domains, preferably from a BPO/ITES background. This role requires excellent communication skills in English (with Hindi as an added advantage), a strong sourcing mindset, and the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offer rollouts.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media platforms, and referrals.
- Handle both IT and Non-IT recruitment across various levels and domains.
- Draft, post, and update job descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skill sets, and hiring timelines.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video pre-screening interviews.
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker on a daily basis.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding and induction process for selected candidates.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support employer branding initiatives on social media and job platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO/ITES environment.
- Proven experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, Indeed, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office — Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Language Requirements
English: Mandatory — Must be fluent and comfortable communicating in English (spoken and written).
Hindi: Preferred / Added Advantage — Not mandatory but will be beneficial for pan-India hiring.
