Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and responsible cafe staff member to manage day-to-day operations at our dessert cafe. The candidate should be comfortable handling customers, serving food, managing online orders, and supporting cafe operations smoothly.
Experience in QSR chains, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, or hospitality setup preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers professionally
- Ability to understand customer requirements and guide them with suitable menu suggestions. Take dine-in and takeaway orders.
- Assemble and plate desserts/menu items as per instructions
- Pack and dispatch online orders from food delivery platforms.
- Handle billing and payment collection
- Operate POS/order management systems such as Petpooja or similar apps
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the cafe counter and service area
- Coordinate during events or special cafe activities
- Manage basic stock and report shortages if required
- Ensure customer satisfaction and smooth cafe operations
Requirements
- Basic/average English communication skills
- Smart, presentable, and customer-friendly personality
- Comfortable handling rush hours and multitasking
- Fresher or candidates with experience in cafes, QSRs, restaurants, bakeries, or hospitality can apply
- Basic understanding of online food delivery operations preferred
- Ability to follow SOPs and management instructions
- 12th Pass or graduation preferred

Working Hours: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
