Business Development Executive / Sales Executive/Sales Engineer - STP/WTP/Grey Water Treatment
- *Role*: Generate leads and close sales for water & wastewater treatment solutions in B2B segment
- *Key Responsibilities*:
- Identify potential clients: builders, industries, hotels, hospitals, IT parks, consultants, architects
- Develop new business for STP, ETP, WTP, grey water recycling, ZLD systems
- Study project requirements, arrange site visits, and collect technical data from clients
- Coordinate with design/proposal team for techno-commercial offers and BOQ
- Conduct product presentations and explain treatment schemes to clients/consultants
- Follow up on submitted proposals, negotiate pricing, terms, and close orders
- Build relationships with PMC, EPC contractors, architects, and govt bodies
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain pipeline in CRM
- Track tenders on GeM, eProcure, and other portals for municipal/industrial projects
- Collect market intelligence: competitor pricing, new technologies, upcoming projects
- Support project team during handover and ensure client satisfaction for repeat business
- *Required Skills*:
- Understanding of STP/ETP/WTP process basics: MBBR, SBR, MBR, RO, UF
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to read tender docs and coordinate with technical team
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up and relationship building
- *Qualifications*:
- B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil/Chemical/Environmental/Mechanical + MBA preferred
- B.Sc/B.Com graduates with 2+ years technical sales experience also considered
- 1-5 years in STP/WTP/ETP, water industry, or building product sales
- *Other*:
- Willing to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits
- Two-wheeler/four-wheeler and driving license preferred
- Incentive structure based on order booking and collections
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
