Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes, ensuring that the final product aligns with user expectations and business goals. Your role will be pivotal in driving efficiency and effectiveness in application development, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday US Absence Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Workday applications.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
