Role of Purpose
To support and manage day-to-day HR operations by ensuring accurate attendance, employee record management, discipline, compliance, coordination with departments, recruitment support, and implementation of HR systems such as PMS, Reward & Recognition and many more that falls under HR dept, contributing to a smooth and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Employee Management
- Maintain and monitor daily attendance and submit reports to management.
- Manage employee personal files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Maintain systematic filing of HR documents including appointment letters, contracts, warnings, and notices.
- Assist in onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
2. Coordination & Discipline
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and employee-related issues.
- Ensure employees follow company rules, policies, punctuality, and discipline on the floor.
- Coordinate with security guards to enforce entry protocols, visitor management, and workplace discipline.
3. Housekeeping, Safety & Compliance
- Monitor housekeeping of office areas, production floors, washrooms, parking, and canteen.
- Maintain records of fortnightly security agency visits with signed checklists.
- Check the condition and expiry of fire extinguishers and coordinate safety training for employees.
4. HR Systems & Reporting
- Update and maintain employee data in the HR software/system.
- Provide regular updates to the HR Consultant regarding staff movement, leaves, joinings, and exits.
- Implement and support the PMS (Performance Management System).
- Establish and support the Reward & Recognition (R&R) system and many more such system that falls under dept.
5. Recruitment & HR Budget
- Manage recruitment activities including sourcing coordination and onboarding support.
- Execute HR activities as per the approved monthly HR budget.
Job Specification
- Graduate in HR, Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or administration (manufacturing/factory experience preferred).
- Knowledge of HR operations, attendance, and documentation.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of labor discipline and compliance.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in records.
- Working knowledge of HR software and MS Office.
- Disciplined, organized, and proactive.
- Problem-solving and people-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate across departments.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
