Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, creative, and caring Preschool Teacher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a genuine love for working with young children and the ability to create meaningful learning experiences that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
Key Responsibilities in Teaching & Learning
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities aligned with the preschool curriculum.
- Conduct engaging circle time, storytelling, phonics, numeracy, and hands-on learning activities.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independent thinking among children.
Child Development
- Observe and assess children's progress and developmental milestones.
- Support children in developing social, emotional, and communication skills.
Classroom Management
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.
- Prepare teaching aids, learning materials, and classroom displays.
- Ensure proper supervision of children at all times.
Parent Communication
- Build positive relationships with parents.
- Share regular updates regarding children's progress and classroom activities.
- Participate in parent meetings, orientations, and school events.
School Activities
- Assist in organizing celebrations, annual events, field trips, and special programs.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to create innovative learning experiences.
Qualifications Required
- Graduation Requires
- Minimum 1 year of preschool teaching experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Passion for early childhood education.
Preferred
- Experience with Montessori or play-based learning approaches.
- Knowledge of child development principles.
- Creative skills in art, music, storytelling, or activity planning.
