Bipha Drugs Laboratories Pvt Ltd is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representatives for Kottayam and Manjeri locations. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s products to doctors, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare professionals while achieving sales targets and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and generate prescriptions for the company’s products.
- Visit doctors, pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, retail stores, and distributors regularly as per the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with distributors and retail medical stores to ensure product availability and smooth supply.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and retailers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets, collection targets, and business objectives assigned by the company.
- Ensure proper updation of daily work activities and regular reporting to the reporting manager.
- Submit Daily Call Reports (DCR) and other required reports within the specified timelines.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of sales reports, expense statements, tour plans, and market feedback.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product benefits effectively.
- Ensure proper visibility and availability of products in the assigned market.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or ayurvedic product sales preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
