tecHindustan is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive responsible for generating new business opportunities for our IT services portfolio. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong client-handling abilities, and experience in direct client outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation platforms.

Generate new business opportunities through multiple channels including cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and online portals.

Identify and connect with potential international and domestic clients.

Conduct direct client calls and present company services effectively.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for proposals and estimations.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Maintain CRM records and sales reports.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Experience in IT services sales/business development preferred.

Knowledge of software development services, mobile apps, web development, AI, cloud, or digital solutions is a plus.

Comfortable with direct calling and client interaction.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, CRM tools, etc.
