1. Role Summary
We are looking for a fast, curious, and execution-focused AI Video Producer who can turn ideas into high-quality videos at scale.
This is not a traditional video editor role.
You will create short-form videos and ad creatives for brands using a mix of AI tools, editing
skills, and creative judgment.
- Your goal: Produce scroll-stopping videos quickly and consistently
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Video Production
* Convert scripts/briefs into Reels, Ads, Shorts
* Deliver platform-ready videos (Instagram, Meta, YouTube)
* Maintain clarity, pacing, and engagement
B. AI-Assisted Creation
* Use AI tools for:
● Visual generation
● Voiceovers
● Enhancements
● Combine AI outputs with editing tools
C. Rapid Iteration
Create multiple variations (5–10) per concept
Experiment with:
● Hooks
● Openings
● Formats
D. Content Optimization
● Understand platform trends (Reels, Ads, Shorts)
● Improve content based on performance feedback
3. What We’re Looking For ?
Must-Have
● Strong video editing skills (CapCut / Premiere / similar)
● Understanding of short-form content
● Ability to work fast
● Basic storytelling sense (hook → build → payoff)
4. AI Familiarity (or willingness to learn)
● Runway / Pika / similar tools
● Midjourney / SD (images)
● ElevenLabs (voice)
- You don’t need to know everything but must be curious and proactive
5. Mindset
● Speed > perfection
● Experimental

● Comfortable with ambiguity
6. What This Role Is NOT!

● Not long-form editing
● Not slow, perfection-first work
- This is a high-speed content production role
Pay: ₹10,730.55 - ₹40,000.00 per month
