We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a leading American MNC based in Mohali.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Understand customer concerns and provide the best possible resolution.
- Deliver a positive customer experience while interacting with customers from the USA.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with up to 6 months of experience in Customer Support, Customer Care, BPO, Call Center, or any customer-facing role are also eligible.
Mandatory Requirement
Candidates must have fluent spoken English, as the role involves interacting with customers based in the United States.
