We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, understanding customer requirements, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate project information.
Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
Maintain customer data and update lead status in the CRM.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and follow-up targets.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Real Estate Sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
