Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Sales
- Achieve monthly admission, revenue, and collection targets.
- Drive enquiries, bookings, and student enrollments through effective lead management.
- Monitor conversion ratios and implement strategies to improve admissions.
- Plan and execute local marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop relationships with schools, colleges, salons, and corporate partners for business generation.
Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day academy operations efficiently.
- Ensure smooth functioning of counselling, training, and student services.
- Maintain academy standards, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor infrastructure, inventory, and facility upkeep.
Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and develop counsellors, trainers, and support staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings.
- Ensure team members achieve their assigned KPIs and targets.
- Facilitate training and skill development initiatives for staff.
Student Experience
- Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and engagement.
- Address student concerns and resolve escalations promptly.
- Monitor attendance, course progress, and batch management.
- Support placement and career development activities for students.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
- Track admissions, collections, outstanding fees, and operational metrics.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
